Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry but can do voice tasks depending on the need
Coordinate with the supervisor for unfamiliar concerns.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Tech-savvyProficient in Excel
Good verbal and written English
With at least 1 year of BPO experience, should be okay with doing admin tasks
Ability to work onsite (MIT2 Building )
Ability to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 12MN-9AM
Okay with flexible hours
Can start ASAP and should be able to report to the office
