Customer Service Representatives needed in Cebu - HIGH PRIO I Banking (Cebu)

compensation: 15,000 - 18,000 can increase depending on performance

JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will interact with customers on behalf of an organization. They will provide information about the company’s products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a high school graduate
• Prior call center experience; banking experience is preferred
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
• Good to Excellent English communication skills(verbal and written)
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Determine further action or final completion on customer cases received.
• Addressing a high volume of inbound calls
• Using resources to troubleshoot and appropriately resolve customer inquires
• Track and document inbound support request
• Follow up on escalated issues with coaching to learn appropriate solutions
• Expand overall knowledge of services
• With strong multi-tasking and system navigation skills through use of multiple computer systems

Salary Package: 14-18K

Shift: Shifting/rotating Schedule

Incentives: Performance incentives, Account incentives
