Our company is looking for a few responsible virtual assistants who can help with online tasks, customer support, order fulfillment, and site maintenance. We operate a small business with a busy ecommerce (Shopify) store. The niche is in vaporizers so if that's your thing this is a great opportunity.

We need a dependable live chat, phone/email customer service representative that can be online during the morning shift of 4am-noon to take care of any emails and chats during that time along with order fulfillment.

Bi-weekly payments through Xoom

Skills Description:
* Customer service background: answering emails, live chat, incoming customer phone calls (minimal),
* Order Fulfillment (Data Entry utilizing the shopify backend)
* Experience with Google Drive.
* Data collection, able to crawl data and record them.

VA Requirements:
* Have a PC with stable Internet Access
* Very Detail Oriented
* Content writing skills are a plus
* To be online at specific times during early morning to afternoon (AM Phil Time).
* Excellent English grammar and spelling including formal and informal speech.
