Assistant w/ Impeccable English (written & spoken) & Great Personality (Somerset)

I’m looking for a full-time virtual assistant in the Philippines to handle a variety of tasks for my law practice and mentoring company.

-Online and offline lead generation
-Follow-up with prospects and clients (email and phone)
-Onboarding new prospects and clients
-Coordinating calendar and scheduling
-Social Media Management (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Connections, etc.)
-Handling a low volume of inbound phone calls

Bottom line . . . I'm looking for the perfect right-hand person who is ready to accept a variety of marketing and customer services tasks, execute them efficiently (with little or no supervision) and keep things flowing smoothly (of course I will train you).


-You must be fluent in English (including grammar and spelling)
-You must have a great personality. People should feel good after speaking/interacting with you. They should get off the phone thinking, “Wow, she/he was really nice.”
-Although not required, if you have marketing experience that’s a plus. If you do tell me about it when you apply (what you've done and how your work has benefited your company, employer or boss).
-You must be available from 9am to 6pm EST (Monday-Friday) and be willing to invest a few minutes checking your email on the weekends.
-You must be mature and responsible. That means you get the work done, you do it well and I never have to chase after or micromanage you (I’m guessing you’ll appreciate that as well).
-You must be willing to take ownership. You won’t be an employee, you’ll be part of the team.
-You must have an excellent internet connection that can handle phone conversations.

-If you have past work experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, etc. tell me about it. If you’ve worked in the field or law or with lawyers, let me know that as well.
