We're looking for a very smart, hardworking VA with good writing skills, detail oriented and organized. Bonus if you have knowledge of or a passion for a few of these: SEO, Google Ads, Social Media (management and social ads), Canva Design, Photoshop, Video Editing, PR.
Our aim is a long-term relationship where you help us organize tasks to get the digital marketing side running more smoothly and ensure all our digital marketing accounts are kept in order. You get your hands dirty and create content and eventually will manage much of your own schedule.

-- Respond to Reviews on clients behalf (yelp, tripadvisor)
-- Create Excel Sheets
-- Input Monthly SEO Reports for Clients
-- Prepare monthly social media calendar
-- Post to Instagram 7 days per week (can be prescheduled)
-- Improve our company Wordpress website
-- Turn CEO's voice notes/ideas about marketing into blog posts
-- File Organization
-- Canva Designs or Photoshop or Video Editing
-- Promote Events on Facebook & Google Pages
-- Manage Web Designers or Graphic Designers
-- Manage Web Design Projects
-- Design Powerpoint Presentations
-- Personal Tasks for CEO

*** ABOUT THE POSITION ***
NO CALL MARKETING! (Yayy!)
Direction is given via internet voice calls with CEO a few times per week, but must be available full time. Most instructions are sent via email or chat box. As the virtual assistant you need to be available for urgent needs 6-7 days a week.
The CEO is a great boss and is a beast in business. Looking for someone who can keep up, is self-managed, manage a large task list and schedule of weekly tasks on their own, and is extremely thorough. No cutting corners. We're looking for a sharp and hard worker! If you like to sit down at the computer and get a lot of tasks done at once, this is a great job for you as you will be mostly uninterrupted. Some items are needed on-call so the assistant must always be available for urgent needs. A large portion of the job includes creative writing and organizing. This will be a very stable peaceful long-term job with positive work interactions for a dedicated accomplishment-oriented candidate.
An invaluable employee will find regular bonuses and could be awarded a revenue-share after a few years.
