A New Business Specialist takes part in activities and efforts to expand sales and new business.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
• Develop relationships with prospective clients
• Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients – join forces with the sales team.
• subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
• Participate with the development of brochures and other marketing literature.
• Analyzes corporate data to identify trends.
Position Requirements/ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing or equivalent work experience in B2B Sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
