-Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
-Must be a Native American Speaker / US expat presently residing in the Philippines
-At least 2-5 years supervisory experience preferably in BPO setting
-Sales experience in a bpo setting is a must
-Excellent communications and people management skills
-Ability to lead associates and drive performance
-Strong business acumen and organizational skill
-Willing to work in night shift and our Cebu office
-Responsible with the direct supervision and control of subordinates
-Responsible for monitoring team and individual performance metrics to ensure that required service levels are met
-Accountable for the overall skill/competency development of his/her direct reports through quality coaching and mentoring sessions
-Determine timeline for the submission and completion of each project.
-Achieve team monthly targets
-Acquire and cultivate new accounts while managing existing ones
-Execute, follow through and complete multiple projects.
-Provide account status to management
-Ensure that the team has appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.
-Respond and resolve to employee relation issues expressed by team members
-Create and maintain good quality of work environment to motivate members of the team to increase productivity
-Establishes work procedure and processes that would meet company and department standards.
