The successful candidates that we are looking for have to be people with the following personal characteristics and qualifications:
1. Eager to work, and can talk to customers with a friendly and pleasant demeanor
2. Patient, determined and staying committed
3. College graduate with good communication skill and manner
4. Able to work at home, US PST time zone.
5. Five years experience in telemarketing sales at least.
6. Must be fluent in writing conversational English and speak with a neutral accent
7. Have a reliable Internet connection and quiet work environment.
This is a permanent position. Compensation includes base hourly wage (4 hours per day, 5 days per week), plus commission for all orders. Job description for this position includes but not limited to the followings:
1. Making cold calls and maintaining customer accounts.
2. Following up on the leads from trade shows.
3. Sending out emails to perspective customers
4. Sending price quotation and closing the sales
